TruNorth Mechanical provides residential and commercial heating, air conditioning and plumbing services in the greater Kansas City area. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Services, pricing, availability and service areas may change without notice.
2. Service Requests and Estimates
Submitting a request through this website does not create a service agreement. Appointments are confirmed by our team. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after an on-site inspection. Work we perform is governed by the written estimate, proposal, invoice or service agreement for that job, including any warranty terms it contains.
3. Text Messaging Program
Program description. TruNorth Mechanical sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, estimates, invoices and payment reminders, maintenance plan reminders, service follow-ups and review requests. If you separately agree to receive marketing messages, we may also send seasonal offers and promotions.
How you opt in. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a TruNorth website form, or by giving your mobile number to our team and agreeing to receive text messages when you schedule service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at 816-246-9500 or info@TruNorthKC.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changing your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so we can stop sending messages to that number.
Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in information are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with any third parties.
4. Email Communications
We send emails related to service you have requested, such as appointment confirmations, estimates, invoices and follow-ups. If you agree to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop emails about service you have requested.
5. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the website's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
